If arriving by car:
To reach the Castel d'Acone farm-holiday complex, take the motorway exit marked as "A1 Firenze Sud" then continue along the Rosano road until you reach Pontassieve. On reaching Pontassieve, continue along the road marked as "SS 67" until you reach Rufina. Once you have arrived at Rufina, take a left and head for Montebonello. Cross the bridge over the River Sieve that links Rufina and Montebonello, then turn immediately left and continue on for another 4 kilometres along a tarmac road through the countryside.
